GRK Global Global Standard Series (RWD specification)

2, (R31W214) New 11T forward gear (currently discontinued)

It is a gear adapter with integrated spur gear mount and rear gear joint that is necessary to install the as a reduction gear for RWD.
Please refer to the notes below for compatibility as it varies greatly depending on the specifications of the differential gear that is installed.
★ For vehicles equipped with a solid differential
If the GRK Global/Global Standard Series standard resin solid differential axle or [R31W201] GRK Rigid Axle Set (compatible with standard 16T to speed increasing gear) is installed, shim adjustment is not possible.
If you want to change to a deceleration bevel gear while keeping the solid differential,
At the same time, we changed to [R31S023] GRK4 compatible rigid axle set (for reduction gear).
At the same time, it is necessary to use the [R31W243] gear spacer set to offset the ring gear according to the number of teeth of the bevel gear. (*)

*2…For final clearance adjustment, adjust the left and right shims of the joint.
★ For vehicles with ball differential
[R31G001] When using the ball differential set, adjusting the amount of shims on the left and right of the differential joint supports all bevel gears from 10T to 16T.
★ For vehicles equipped with a gear differential
[R31W271] If you are using the GRK gear differential set, you can change the combination to the accessory 10T, 11T, 12T ring gear and 29.5mm & 28.4mm dry cup. (*)
*Please adjust the shims on the left and right of the joint for the final clearance adjustment.
